About your teacher

I am a fully qualified English and Drama teacher, and for for nearly 20 years I have been helping students from around the world develop their English skills

I live near Oxford in the UK, but I did spend some time travelling in Eastern Europe,
teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL courses). 

This  is a very fulfilling life, as I love sharing in the joy as my students achieve their goals.

You will find the classes bespoke: I tailor the style of teaching to you, and we work at your pace and to your interests. Flexibility is one of the key features of the lessons you will have, and while we often use text books, the format is not set in concrete. Whenever, Wherever

As your classes will be done online, you will be able to have them pretty much whenever, and wherever you are, as long as you can connect to the internet.

 No silly platform full of errors, no AI full of foolishness, no having to rush to get to a classroom by a certain time; the lessons are at your convenience, and designed for your individual learning style.

Resources

We use a selection of books, audio and video materials, to study a range of topics - from general conversation topics to Business English, from general grammar and vocabulary builders to exam preparation - to help you achieve your goals.

However, this is ENTIRELY  English, so you can ask questions and we can discuss the British culture, history, routines etc, and compare it to your own. Did you ever wonder about the stereotypical "English Gent", or if it really rains in England all the  time? Well now you can ask somebody who knows :)
